Booking Conditions

For the reservation traveler is advised to pay initial deposit 30 GBP (which is part of the total ticket cost) in order to generate a reservation, without initial deposit we would not be able to make your reservation. Initial deposit you can pay through your debit/credit card or through online transfer, initial deposit if non-refundable in all cases. If you are reserving a flight by paying the initial deposit then not note that fare or taxes may increase any time without prior notice. So the price is not guaranteed unless full ticket price is paid and ticket is issued as airline or consolidator reserves the right to increase the price due to reason. In such cases we will not be liable and passenger need to bear the difference in fare or taxes if any. As we always suggest to our clients to clear the payments in ASAP and get your ticket at the same time without any hassle. The payment of initial deposit only reserves your seat not price, and price is only guarantee once full payments is received at once. Once we received booking/reservation request form traveler via telephone call, email we send the booking confirmation invoice to travelers provided email in next 2 hour time which contains flight/hotel itinerary, full names of all travelers and costs for all tickets with due date to clear up due balance (in company’s bank account) and traveler need to check all details carefully and reply us back with confirmation if all details fine. Confirm tickets are only issued when fully cost of the tickets is cleared. We send Electronic tickets to traveler and it is to be printed out need to present as check-in counter.

Flight Insurance

We strongly recommend passengers to get insurance of your flight/baggage. Insurance can be purchased through agents and airline also. We can quote you insurance on the request of passenger.

Change in Holiday plan:

  • If you wish to change the date of your travelling then you have to consult with us at-least 72 hours before your actual date of travelling on the ticket.
  • Most of the low price ticket are neither changeable nor refundable.
  • For the changeable tickets passenger must pay the changes fee as per rules of the ticket.
  • Re-issuance/Re-validation charges must be paid in full at the same day of the changes rquested.
  • Leading passenger need to inform in writing for any change in the booking.
  • On the issued tickets name changes are not permitted, but few airlines allow the minor corrections in the name depends on airline name corrections policy.

Payment Procedures

We facilitate our clients with different but easy, convenient and fast modes of payment just to insure the quick reservation and ticketing process. We accept debit and credit cards for the payment and there are no surcharges on card payments. And you can also pay through online transfer, our financial security Policy is specially designed to ensure a secure and trustworthy online payment and confirmation system. We always send payment confirmation receipt to traveller’s provided email to inform about payment.

Passport, Visa and health requirements

Traveler is responsible for checking his/her Passport, Visa, Transit Visa and all other documentation related to immigration requirements. You must consult with the relevant Embassy or consulate prior to your flight departure date. We regret that we will not accept any responsibility if you are refuse entry onto flight or into country if you are not carrying correct passport, Visa(transit visa) or any other necessary document required by any authority, country or airline.

Reconfirming Return/Onward Flight

Passenger is advised to reconfirm your flight al-least 72 hours before departure of the flight with the agent or directly with Airline. We will not liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm the flight.

Lawful Jursdiction

Except as by and large gave by the convention or proper law, your understating of going with us, these booking terms and conditions of voyaging and our regulations may be spoken to by and deciphered according to the law of United Kingdom and any civil argument developing out of in regards to this ascension ought to be obligated to the area of the UK courts.

Complains

If you have a problem during your holiday, it is a legal requirement that you inform the available duty manager and any other authorized person or to the management to resolve your problem locally. If your complaint is not resolved locally then you must obtain a written confirmation that your complaint was lodged. You must inform us with 28 days of your return home with all relevant details. In case of failure to follow the due process then it may be impossible to investigate the complaint properly.
